This policy explains what data jusoor-tech.com collects, why, how we protect it and your rights over it under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law.
The data we collect
- What you type into the contact and project-request forms: your name and mobile number, and optionally your email, organisation, message and attachment
- Where your visit came from (such as a campaign link), so it is attached to your request if you send one
- The usual technical server logs that protect the site from abuse
Cookies
The site uses only two essential cookies: a session cookie and an anti-forgery cookie, both expiring within two hours. We use no advertising cookies to track you across other sites.
How we use your data
- Only to contact you about your request
- To prepare the proposal or consultation you asked for
- We never sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing
Storage and protection
Requests are kept in the site's admin console, where only authorised staff can see them; attachments are available to authorised staff only and are never published online. Connections to the site are encrypted. We keep a request for as long as we need it to follow up, and delete it when you ask.
