Case study · ERP & business
Company data isolation and five-minute backups
A security programme that stops any company on the platform seeing another’s data, plus layered backups with point-in-time restore.
Client: The multi-company Sanad platform · System: سند ERP
- 37/37
- cross-company attacks blocked
- 853
- pages crawled, zero leaks
- 5
- minutes maximum data loss
- 30
- days of backup retention
The challenge
Several companies share one platform, and any leak between two of them is unacceptable, however small.
What we built
- A cross-company attack suite run before every release: from 25 pass / 4 fail to 37 of 37.
- An automated crawl of 853 pages looking for another company’s marker: zero found.
- Incremental backups every 5 minutes, kept 30 days off the machine.
- Company files backed up too — 10,569 for one company alone — which were not covered before.
The result
No company can see another’s data, and a server failure costs at most five minutes of work.
