The challenge
Clock-out was the weak link — any registered phone could end a shift without proof of identity — and the geofence was a single point for the whole company.
What we built
- Device biometrics and a selfie at clock-out, as at clock-in.
- A server-side check that the photo contains a face.
- A geofence per branch and shifts linked to the employee portal.
- Support for shifts that cross midnight.
The result
Live for all four companies; a 24-photo test rejected no real face.
