The challenge
The device inventory lived in scattered Excel files, and preventive maintenance and fault reports were tracked by hand.
What we built
- Imported 1,388 devices across 271 types, 256 manufacturers and 105 agents.
- Technician arrival confirmed by location, with signature and department sign-off.
- Spare-part quotations and similar-fault suggestions.
- All trial data wiped before hand-over.
The result
The hospital’s full real inventory was loaded and the system trialled on it, after 1,159 automated tests passed on two databases.
