The challenge
Referring organisations chased results by phone and WhatsApp, and the lab had no way to know whether a report had been read.
What we built
- A private portal per organisation showing only its own orders, by customer number.
- Unread reports show in red, read ones in green.
- A separate username and password for every staff member of the organisation.
- A full backup before release, with its restore actually tested.
The result
Released on the live system without downtime; every existing report opened afterwards without a single error.
