The challenge
A recruitment company decided to move to Sanad and wanted to start working on it straight away, not after weeks of setup. All it had were its official documents and a data template filled with its workers, staff and prices.
The solution
- A separate environment for the company on Sanad with its own database, using a standard onboarding run that passed every step first time.
- The full identity entered from documents, not estimates: commercial registration, VAT number, national address and logo.
- The data template imported: 337 worker files, 15 staff with their permissions, two branches and 83 prices.
- An annual subscription and a sign-in address of the company's own.
The result
The same day, the company signed in and found its workers, prices and branches ready: 337 worker files and 17 users. Because every company on Sanad runs the same code, each improvement reaches it automatically with no separate upgrade.
