The challenge
A crowded waiting room, staff calling out names, and two rooms sometimes calling the same patient at once.
What we built
- A display that refreshes every 3 seconds and announces names aloud.
- A clear flow: waiting → called → serving → done.
- A “next” button protected against two rooms taking the same patient.
- An SMS gateway to tell patients their result is ready.
The result
Calling is now automatic and orderly; patients follow their turn on screen and get their result notice by text.
